”Any bed she lies on and any object she sits on during that time will be unclean, just as during her normal menstrual period.“
May my life be worship to You
Today’s referenced scripture highlights an interesting point. The Lord stated that any bed on which a woman with an unusual blood flow sits becomes unclean. It doesn’t matter what material the bed is made of, how much it costs, or who owns it. Once a woman with a blood flow sits on it, the bed’s status changes to unclean. Friends, it is good to be a change, but it is more important to be a channel for good changes.
Another vital message in this scripture is that the uncleanliness status is not permanent. In other words, the status of the bed or any other thing that a woman with an unusual flow of blood sits on will remain unclean until the woman receives healing. This means that uncleanliness is not an enduring characteristic of the bed but is instead a temporary state that can be reversed once the source of the impurity is removed.
My friends, certain aspects of your life may have been labelled as “unclean,” just like the bed in the scripture, because you’re experiencing some challenges. But rest assured that this title is not permanent. Once the Lord changes your story, your life will experience a fresh breath of life. You can take heart and be encouraged that the temporary state of your situation can be reversed, and you can experience a new beginning.
Prayer
Dear Father, please help me to become a good change wherever I go and with whomever I interact. Help me to be patient, understanding, and empathetic towards others, and to always be a source of inspiration and motivation for those around me. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
