The Omniscient God
God’s omniscience is evident in the intricate connection between all of His creations. Every detail of existence is within His knowledge. While God created many things for human use, He understands that not everything is suitable for consumption, especially for the people of Israel, whom He redeemed from slavery with His righteous right hand.
In today’s referenced scripture, God did not loathe the birds mentioned. Instead, He instructed the Israelites not to consume them. Although these birds are not harmful, they feed on the carcasses of clean and unclean animals, making them scavengers. By consuming them, one becomes a partaker in their scavenging attributes.
God’s instructions were not arbitrary; they were for the good of the Israelites. By avoiding these birds, they could maintain their purity and avoid potential health risks. This demonstrates God’s love and concern for His people’s well-being, even in small details such as their diet.

Dear Heavenly Father, please help me trust and obey Your guidance without question. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
