One thing happening in the e-commerce world is that companies have been using artificial intelligence software that helps remind customers of items in the online cart that have not been checked out. The reason is that customers can become engrossed with other things and inadvertently forget to check everything out. As followers of Christ, we are encouraged not to give in to forgetfulness. In today’s referenced scripture, we read that Aaron did not forget to carry out people’s sin offerings. Since the scripture did not state that the presentation occurred the following day, it then means that Aaron presented the people’s sin offering the same as his. This act of selflessness and compassion is a testament to Aaron’s deep love and concern for his fellow man and clearly demonstrates his unwavering devotion to the Lord. Despite the possibility of being physically and emotionally drained after his own sacrifice, Aaron made it a point to present the people’s sin offerings without delay or hesitation. This exemplary gesture showcases Aaron’s love for both God and his community. It serves as an inspiration for us all to prioritize our love for the Lord and our neighbours as well.

Prayer
Dear God, please help me not to be selfish but selfless. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
