Leviticus 8:20-21 NLT
“Then he cut the ram into pieces, and he burned the head, some of its pieces, and the fat on the altar. After washing the internal organs and the legs with water, Moses burned the entire ram on the altar as a burnt offering. It was a pleasing aroma, a special gift presented to the Lord, just as the Lord had commanded him.”

God knows you can do it
When confronted with any task, various roles can be assumed, ranging from leadership to support roles. However, Moses was an exception to this norm. He assumed all responsibilities that were assigned to him by the Lord. It may appear as though Moses was unwilling to involve others, but the reality was that he undertook tasks alone because that was what the Lord required of him. Whenever the Lord asks you to do a task alone, please know that He knows you can do it. And if you feel overwhelmed; never hesitate to seek His strength and guidance.

One intriguing aspect of Moses’ approach was that he did not impose his ideas on the task. For instance, he followed every instruction given to him by the Lord, even if it meant cutting a ram into pieces and burning the entire animal on the altar. Although cutting the ram would have resulted in a quicker burn, Moses did not consider this and followed the Lord’s instructions to the letter. As believers in Christ, we should also strive to follow God’s instructions without relying on our ways or strategies, as they may not lead to the best possible outcome.

Prayer
Dear God, I pray that I always follow Your instructions and carry out every task to please You at all times. I ask for these things in the name of Jesus. Amen.
