Leviticus 4:11-12 NLT
“But he must take whatever is left of the bull—its hide, meat, head, legs, internal organs, and dung— and carry it away to a place outside the camp that is ceremonially clean, the place where the ashes are dumped. There, on the ash heap, he will burn it on a wood fire.”

Must means must
Love is an action word. For instance, God didn’t just verbalize His love for the world; He demonstrated it by sending His only Son – Jesus Christ. Likewise, if anyone would claim that s/he loves God, its demonstrations must not be overlooked. In today’s referenced scripture, God asserted that “whatever is left of the bull—its hide, meat, head, legs, internal organs, and dung” must be the high priest to a place outside the camp that is ceremonially clean, the place where the ashes are dumped. The scripture did not provide the distance to the place. So, whether the location was near or far, the high priest must take the leftover there for burning. Even with this instruction, God still demonstrated love. Did you notice that God didn’t specify that whatever is left of the bull was carried at once to where ashes are dumped? The implication is that the priest could go on several trips, thereby relieving him of stress. Friends, our God is loving; therefore, let’s not heap a burden on one another.

Prayer
God of all creation, please help me so I may imitate the way You love, in Jesus’s name. Amen.
