Leviticus 3:5 NLT
“and Aaron’s sons will burn them on top of the burnt offering on the wood burning on the altar. It is a special gift, a pleasing aroma to the Lord.”

Aaron’s sons
You might have read about how some people viewed Moses. Some believe that he failed as a father, and their justification is centred on why God chose his brother’s sons and not any of his sons to care for the Tabernacle. Truth be told, if Moses had failed as a father, God would have noted it in the scripture. A careful examination showed that Moses loved God and would never do anything to undo His instructions. As followers of Christ, we must be trustworthy. We must not change God’s instructions to suit our agenda. Without any doubt, God had a reason for choosing Aaron’s sons, and the fact that He did not select Moses’s sons for the exercise did not mean they were terrible or that He wouldn’t engage them. Friends, we are members of one body. If anyone of us gets a prominent role, we must pray for them to succeed in their assignment.

Prayer
Lord of all creation, please let Your love radiate in my heart so I may extend it to others. In Jesus’s name, amen.
