“Place the altar of burnt offering in front of the Tabernacle entrance.”
The altar of burnt offering
The Tabernacle project had two altars. One was the gold incense altar, and the second was the altar of burnt offerings. While the location of the former was the inner court, the latter was situated in the outer court, i.e., in front of the Tabernacle entrance. The setup was not temporal but permanent. In other words, the positions of these altars were not interchangeable. Despite the differences in their locations, both were still interrelated. The coal or fire for the gold incense altar had only one source. That source was the altar of the burnt offering. Now imagine that there was no burnt offering, then the essence of the gold altar of incense could not have materialized. Friends, do not hold back whatever is in your hands that can help others worship God.

Merciful Father, I am yours forever. Help me to use all that You have given me for the glory of Your name. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
