Exodus 39:32 NLT
“And so at last the Tabernacle was finished. The Israelites had done everything just as the Lord had commanded Moses.”
The Israelites
Everything that has a beginning must come to an end. Even though the scripture did not report the intensity of the Tabernacle project or how long it took to complete everything, it sure took a considerable length of time. For the scripture to capture it as at last speaks volumes. Secondly, did you notice that the completion was not credited to Bezalel, Oholiab, or any artisans? Instead, the scripture says that the Israelites completed the project. It wasn’t that Bezalel stopped working or became weary, but his and other artisans’ activities were representations of the Israelites. Friend, your attitude, whether good or bad, rubs off on other believers. Therefore, let’s play our part well.
Prayer
My Father and my God, may my attitude in private and public life be a good influence on both believers and those who are yet to come to the knowledge of the Son of God. In Jesus’s name, amen.
