Leviticus 14:54-56 NLT
”These are the instructions for dealing with serious skin diseases, including scabby sores; and mildew, whether on clothing or in a house; and a swelling on the skin, a rash, or discolored skin.“
Nothing more, nothing less
Knowledge is fascinating, as it has been observed to increase over time. Even the scripture emphasized that knowledge will abound in the end times, suggesting that it has the potential for evolution and growth. For instance, technology has come a long way since the invention of the black-and-white TV. Modern TVs now have various features and capabilities that were once thought impossible.
However, while knowledge may evolve and grow, God’s instructions do not but never lose their relevance. The scripture emphasizes that Jesus, the word of God, is the same yesterday, today, and forever. This means that God’s instructions are timeless and unchanging, providing a solid foundation upon which we can build our lives.
In the referenced scripture, God gave the priests every instruction required to perform their tasks and achieve success in addressing the issue of mildew affecting clothing, a house, or a person. This leaves no room for confusion or uncertainty and is a powerful reminder that God is straightforward and provides everything necessary for His children to succeed.
As such, we, as His children, must strive for the same clarity and forthrightness in our lives. By following in God’s footsteps and being straightforward in our dealings with others, we can cultivate stronger relationships and foster greater trust and understanding. This can lead to a happier and more fulfilling life as we build a solid foundation for ourselves and those around us.

Heavenly Father, please help me to trust You at all times and know that Your word is yes and amen. In Jesus’s name, Amen.
