Leviticus 9:17 NLT
“He also presented the grain offering, burning a handful of the flour mixture on the altar, in addition to the regular burnt offering for the morning.”
Give God all your worship
As individuals, we often divide our tasks into essential and nonessential. This categorization helps us manage our time and resources efficiently. However, it’s important to remember that even a nonessential task holds value and should not be overlooked.
As followers of Christ, we should strive to be mindful of all aspects of our responsibilities. The Bible provides an excellent example of this when Jesus asked his disciples to collect the crumbs after feeding a crowd with merely a few loaves and fish. By doing so, he demonstrated the importance of not overlooking any task, no matter how small or seemingly insignificant.
Similarly, Aaron presented the regular burnt and grain offerings without neglecting either. It’s important to realize that every task we perform, whether significant or not, contributes to our overall journey in life. Therefore, we must give equal importance to all the responsibilities we undertake.
Moreover, offering regular praise and thanksgiving to God throughout the day is crucial. We should not limit ourselves to doing so only in the morning, as God’s goodness and mercy never end. By acknowledging and appreciating God’s blessings throughout the day, we can develop a deeper connection with Him and lead a fulfilling life.
Prayer
Heavenly Father, please help me to constantly and without wavering give You all my worship in the morning and at all times. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
