Leviticus 6:1 NLT
“Then the Lord said to Moses,”
Note it
The discipline of economics reveals that people engage in different endeavors because of the utility therein. The kicker, however, is that total satisfaction only increases for a while. While this is true for human endeavors or interactions, there is no evidence in the scripture that anyone got tired of God’s presence. People have been and will always be in awe of His presence. No one knows how long the conversation lasted, but Moses never requested a timeout to refresh. God’s presence constantly refreshed him. God didn’t have to wake Moses up because he enjoyed God’s presence. More importantly, Moses’s mind didn’t wander away; hence, the Lord could constantly speak to him. Dear friends, do not let your mind wander away from God whenever you are in His presence because “better is one day in His presence than thousands elsewhere. ”
Prayer
Heavenly Father, there is no place like Your presence. May I always enjoy the blessings Your company brings. In Jesus’s name, I pray. Amen.
