“Then bring in the table, and arrange the utensils on it. And bring in the lampstand, and set up the lamps.”
Bring in the table
When moving to a new location, heavy articles tend to go into a packing van before the lighter ones. And that means the lighter ones get to leave the packing van first. Hence the order of loading and offloading varies. However, in the Tabernacle project, the arranging order did not contrast with the making order. By the leading of God, Moses brought the table and arranged its utensils before setting up the lampstand. In other words, Moses did it just as God wanted it done. One can only imagine how his behavior gladdens God’s heart. Through his actions, Moses showed that he loved God. Friends, do you love God? Do you do things according to His leading or your gut feelings?

Merciful Father, please let Your love richly dwell in me so I may continually obey You. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
