“Then present his sons and dress them in their tunics.”
Dress Aaron’s sons
As simple as the instruction in today’s referenced scripture might seem, without humility, the performance would have been an arduous task. God instructed that Moses presents and dress Aaron’s sons. If Moses wasn’t humble, he might have outsourced the performance to another person. On another note, he might have found it challenging to perform if he was not contented with what God had done for his household, particularly his sons. Moses was not disturbed that God chose to appoint Aaron’s sons to the priesthood. Friends, do not be jealous or envious of the upliftment of others and never hold back in any way God wants you to contribute to your neighbor’s promotion and success.
Prayer
King of glory, take away from my life every form of jealousy and envy that will deter me from felicitating on the success of my fellow human. In Jesus’s name. Amen.
