Exodus 39:21 NLT
“They attached the bottom rings of the chest piece to the rings on the ephod with blue cords. In this way, the chest piece was held securely to the ephod above the decorative sash. All this was done just as the Lord had commanded Moses.”

Work in teams
One of the attributes any potential employer desires in a would-be employee is the ability to work in a team. Interestingly, working with a team was one of the virtues that our Lord and Savior instilled in the hearts of His disciples. For instance, during the first evangelistic mission, the scripture stated that He sent them out in twos. Also, a few hours before triumphant entry to Jerusalem, He sent two disciples to go to a nearby village for a symbolic rescuing mission for a colt. The two people cannot achieve the desired goal unless they drop their differences and work as a team. In the same vein, the artisans, like every human, have differences, but they dropped them and worked together for God’s glory. Another important message is that Bezalel recognized that he could not handle all tasks single-handedly. When he needed others to step in, no one had to beg any of the artisans before they did their job. Although God gave Moses instructions which he passed down to Bezalel, and the latter did most of the tasks, the fact remains that the project was not Moses’s or Bezalel’s but God’s. Friends, do not see your involvement in tasks needed to run a fellowship, ministry, or church as helping the convener or lead pastor because they are not!

Prayer
My Father and my God, please help me so I may continually put in my best in my service to You. In Jesus’s name, amen.
